- How do I check the status of my order?
We understand the importance of updating our clients about their order status. We keep you well informed regarding the same with our regular SMS updates. You can also contact our customer service team to know the exact details.
- How can I get my order delivered faster?
There is no option to deliver your order faster. We follow a standard delivery service. The time for delivery of your order depends on the recipient's location. But we assure you to send them as soon as possible.
- Do you deliver gifts outside Delhi NCR?
Yes, you can now book your gifts for your loved ones anywhere across the globe. We have the option of global selling. Please note, the shipping charges may vary as per your desired location.
- Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'edit address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App or website.
- How do I create an exchange request?
If exchange option is available for your order, you can easily exchange your order. You can get your order exchanged in three simple steps

- If I have already placed an order, how can I cancel it?
Usually we send you SMS updates to track your order status. You can get your ordered canceled only before it is dispatched from the warehouse.
- Do you also have desktop site for gifting?
Yes. We have our own gifting website. You can reach us at www.meratask.in and explore the extensive gift collection for your loved ones.
- How do I redeem my Merataskk points?
If you have exchanged any of your order, the same amount will be added to your Merataskk wallet. To redeem those points, we suggest you keep shopping with us on our application or website. You can use these points to buy any other product from our website. Validity of the Merataskk points usually remains 6 months from the actual date of points availed.
- What are the available payment options?
We have multiple options available for booking the order. You can pay through credit card, debit card, Paytm or razorpay wallet . In some areas, cash on delivery is also available.
- I have canceled my order. How much time it will take for refund?
If you have made payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into your account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. You can contact us in case the amount is not refunded in the stipulated time period.
- I have to gift an item to someone. Do you also gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can send gift orders to your friends/family members on Merataskk. For an additional charge of Rs. 25, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. Your gift will also include a personalized message from you.
